Increasing and Decreasing by 2 counts

Each count advances by 2: 2, 4, 6, … etc. When the count reaches 28, it reverses back down.
After the instruction to "relax", there is a silence of 1 minute during which the breathing is allowed its natural rhythm.
The silent period is ended with the sound of a bowl being struck.
